The RN will perform rapid assessment and triage, administer medications and treatments, manage cardiac and trauma emergencies, and coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include monitoring critical patients, using advanced technology and EHR systems, supporting patients and families, and adhering to safety and infection-control standards.
