Director Strategy and Business Transformation

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Director of Strategy and Business Transformation for its Laboratory Chemical Division. This strategic leadership role involves developing long-term division strategy, leading transformation initiatives, and translating strategic priorities into executable programs that drive growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Division President to shape long-term strategy and lead STRAP planning process
- Translate strategy into focused portfolio of executable initiatives with clear KPIs and financial outcomes
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives delivering sustainable earnings improvement and operational efficiency
- Shape and own division's AI, innovation, and business transformation roadmap
- Serve as strategic advisor to Division President and Divisional Leadership Team on enterprise priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years progressive leadership in strategy, transformation, operations, or general management
- Proven track record translating strategy into measurable business results
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives
- Strong business acumen and financial expertise in growth and profitability improvement
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders across global organizations
