Regional Maintenance Supervisor

Overview We’re seeking a hands-on, experienced Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead and elevate maintenance operations across multiple luxury, high-rise communities. This on-site role requires no travel and offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence, team performance, and resident satisfaction across a portfolio of properties. What You’ll Do Lead and mentor on-site Maintenance Supervisors, ensuring consistent execution of maintenance standards, preventative programs, and mechanical system operations. Oversee daily maintenance, unit turns, vendor coordination, and capital projects. Collaborate with Property Management and Facilities leadership to plan budgets, improve operational processes, and maintain asset quality. Conduct property inspections, enforce standards, and drive a culture of safety, efficiency, and service excellence. Implement training programs, coach your team, and develop future leaders. Manage emergency response and ensure regulatory compliance, keeping properties inspection-ready and residents satisfied. What We’re Looking For 5–7 years in residential maintenance/facilities management, including 3+ years supervising teams. Strong technical expertise across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boilers, PTACs, elevators, roofing, pools, and general construction. Proven project management experience: budgeting, capital planning, vendor oversight, and SOP development. Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Comfortable using technology and property management systems (Yardi preferred; HappyCo a plus).
