Machine Operator Position In Hayward, Ca

Pay: $25.50 Shift: 7:00 Am 4:00 Pm Work Schedule: Monday Friday
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate production and packaging machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Set up equipment, perform changeovers, and adjust machine settings to meet product specifications.
- Monitor equipment performance to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify mechanical issues, reporting concerns to maintenance as needed.
- Follow all good manufacturing practices (gmps), food safety standards, and sanitation requirements.
- Accurately complete production documentation, including batch records and downtime logs.
- Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food manufacturing industry required
- Candidate should be willing to commute to Fairfield for training
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Background check and drug screen prior to start date.
