Simply Shine Cleaning Services is hiring full-time House Cleaners / Residential Cleaning Technicians to join our team in Lombard, IL.

We are looking for dependable, respectful, and hardworking people who take pride in doing good work. Cleaning experience is helpful, but the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are more important.

Our cleaners work in teams of 2–3 people and clean homes in nearby suburbs. Each day starts at our office in Lombard, where the team gathers, prepares supplies, and leaves together using company-provided transportation. At the end of the day, the team returns to the office.

This is a good fit for someone who wants stable full-time work, enjoys active work, and wants to be part of a company that values professionalism, teamwork, and trust.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential homes according to Simply Shine standards
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Follow company checklists and cleaning procedures
• Work respectfully inside clients’ homes
• Communicate with your team leader and coworkers
• Handle supplies and equipment responsibly
• Help create a positive experience for each client

Requirements

• Must be able to reliably commute to our office in Lombard, IL
• Must be available full-time, Monday through Friday
• Must be comfortable with physical work throughout the day
• Must be dependable, respectful, and willing to learn
• Must be able to work well as part of a team
• Cleaning experience is helpful but not required
• Driver’s license is preferred but not required
• Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome

Schedule

Monday to Friday
Approximate hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM , depending on the day’s schedule

Pay

Approximately $750–$900 per week , based on experience, schedule, and performance.
