Schedule: Float Position - Varies hours (32 Hours- 40 Hours per week). M ust be available for overnights (awake and asleep), morning, weekend hours and evenings as needed. Must be willing to be flexible to schedule changes and willing to work in variety of settings ranging from Bloomington, MN to Maple Grove, MN.

Wage: $22.97/hour

*Must have 3+ years experience working in the group home setting.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA

• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Skills:  Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
