Quality Control Manager

Responsibilities ensure adherence to ISO specific standards (45001, 14001 & 9001) oversee quality management system, quality policy, KPI's and environmental requirements conduct regular audits and assessments support the development and control of procedures, work instructions, and drawings provide training and guidance on quality and engineering principles identify opportunities for process improvement investigate and resolve non-conformities, deviations, and customer complaints assess and mitigate quality-related risks plan and execute internal and external audits prepare reports and metrics on site specific and quality KPI’s Requirements bachelor's degree in a related field five (5) or more years of related experience proficiency in tools like 6S, Six Sigma, Poka-Yoke, FMEA's, Measurement System Analysis technical background preferred with a focus on quality engineering solid background in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and data-based analytics to find solutions experience with FMEA, PPAP, Lean Six Sigma, 5-Whys or other RCA tools proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel project management skills including time management, developing plans, taking initiative, and meeting deadlines exemplary verbal and written communication skills ability to multi-task and prioritize Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in quality management systems, ISO standards compliance, and process improvement methodologies. Proficient in conducting audits, training, and utilizing data analytics for quality assurance and risk mitigation.
