Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and develop individualized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional milestones
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide well-rounded and comprehensive care
• Educate Patients and Families: Train patients and their families on therapeutic techniques to encourage continued progress at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and refine treatment plans as necessary to maintain alignment with patient goals

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continuing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported

License and Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
