Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity working with students in transitional kindergarten through fifth grade! A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to provide impactful speech and language services for a caseload of approximately 15 students for the full academic year. Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience providing SLP services in elementary school settings preferred
• Familiarity with creating and implementing IEPs for varied speech/language needs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage a small caseload

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy to students in TK-5th grade with diverse speech and language challenges
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized goals, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in line with school and legal requirements
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet the needs of each student
• Serve as a resource and advocate for students’ communication needs within the school community

This contract position begins August 12, 2026, and concludes June 4, 2027, offering 16 hours per week at a single elementary site close to Sunnyvale, CA. You’ll have the chance to focus on quality care rather than an overwhelming caseload.
