VICE PRESIDENT, CREDIT ADMINISTRATION AND CONTROL

Credit Administration and Control (CAC) provides back-office credit and security documentation checking for corporate and financial institutional clients, credit risk monitoring support to credit and business units, and loan agency services. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will co-lead CAC's day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with the Bank's policies and regulatory requirements.

Beyond operational oversight, you will champion talent development, support the operations service model, contribute to project initiatives, and provide leave cover for the Operations Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, banking and finance, risk management or related discipline.
2. Minimum of 10-15 years of solid experience in credit administration and/or loan agency functions within a
wholesale or corporate banking environment.
3. Proven leadership capability with a strong track record in managing sizable teams, preferably supporting
wholesale credit lending portfolios.
4. Highly meticulous with strong risk awareness, capable of working independently, adaptable to fast-changing
environments, and equipped with strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
5. Demonstrated strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, particularly in credit control,
documentation, and portfolio monitoring.
6. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and to perform effectively under demanding conditions and
tight deadlines.
