What You'll Do

As a Financial Representative, you will:

• Build meaningful relationships with clients and prospects.
• Analyze clients' financial situations and goals.
• Develop personalized financial plans and strategies.
• Provide guidance on insurance, investments, retirement planning, and wealth management solutions.
• Help clients make informed decisions through education and ongoing support.
• Review and update financial plans as client needs evolve.
• Grow your practice through networking, referrals, and community engagement.

No prior experience in financial services is required. New advisors receive:

Compensation

This is a performance-based opportunity that offers competitive earning potential. Compensation may include a combination of:

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• 4 years of military experience.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, banking, financial services, or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic.
• Ability to obtain required state insurance licenses and securities registrations, if applicable.
