JSR Hospitality in Fairfield, CA is looking for a friendly and motivated Front Desk Agent to join our full-time team! Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional check-in experience
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using property management systems (PMS)
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions, credit card processing, and end-of-shift reconciliation
• Provide local area recommendations and assist guests with directions and accommodations needs

Requirements:

• Prior front desk, hotel, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude
• Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus
• Basic math skills and experience handling cash and payment processing
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy front desk environment
