You will work directly with our District staff, receiving personalized mentorship, business planning assistance, and operational backing from day one. Responsibilities

Drive Agency Growth: Prospect, network, and generate new business leads within the Chattanooga community to build a profitable client base.

Consultative Sales: Conduct needs-based reviews with prospective and existing clients to pair them with the right Farmers Insurance products to protect their assets.

Business Planning: Collaborate with our District leadership team to develop, refine, and execute a strategic business plan for your agency.

Client Retention: Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships, ensure high retention rates, and generate referrals.

Professional Development : Actively participate in our comprehensive training, licensing preparation, and ongoing district mentorship programs.

Team Leadership : As your agency scales, take on the responsibility of recruiting, hiring, and managing your own team of sales producers and support staff.

Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day management of your agency, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Requirements

Hunger for Success : Self-motivated, competitive attitude with a passion for setting and achieving big goals.

Open to All Backgrounds: Prior sales, hospitality, service, or customer-facing background is helpful, but AMBITION is the main focus.

Licensing: Willingness to obtain Tennessee P&C and Life & Health insurance licenses (All study materials provided at 100% NO COST—NO contract required).

Standard Qualifications: Ability to pass standard insurance industry background and financial checks.

Communication Skills: Confident, engaging personality with a desire to connect with people.
