Job Overview
We at Coforge are hiring an experienced Enterprise Architect with a good understanding of developing strategic architecture blueprints, AI and platform architecture positioning, technology standards, governance models, reusable architecture patterns, and enterprise transformation roadmaps across multiple technology domains with the following skill set.
Responsibilities
- Develop Enterprise Architecture position papers, reference architectures, standards, and reusable pattern
- Define North Star architectures for AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, Identity, Data, Platform, and Enterprise Technology capabilitie
- Create capability maps, value streams, logical architectures, C4 models, UML diagrams, and architecture roadmap
- Facilitate architecture workshops and engage with senior business and technology stakeholder
- Identify opportunities for standardization, platform reuse, governance, and technology rationalizatio
- Support architecture governance, architecture review processes, and strategic technology decision-makin
- Translate complex technology concepts into executive-level narratives and visual artifact
- Collaborate with PMI and Coforge leadership to shape strategic technology initiatives and transformation program
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Digital Transformation experien
- Strong background in Enterprise Architecture frameworks, governance, and operating mode
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS preferred), Data Platforms, Identity & Access Management, and Integration architectur
- Familiarity with AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and emerging technology tren
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and executive communication skil
- Ability to operate independently in highly strategic and ambiguous environmen

- Experience supporting global consumer products, manufacturing, or regulated enterpri
