As a Full-Time PM Front Desk Agent, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel at home. Your day-to-day will include greeting and assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries with a smile. You’ll also manage phone calls, provide recommendations for local attractions, and help resolve any guest concerns to ensure a seamless stay. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
