Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar-Server to join our team! The Bar-Server is the face of our restaurant and plays an integral role in the customer's SKinny's experience. You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take orders, and serve food and drinks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is happy, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail working in a high-volume operation!

Responsibilities:

• Take food and beverage orders from customers using our POS system
• Answer questions about the menu and preparation
• Provide accurate orders to the kitchen staff
• Expo and serve food and beverages to customers at the bar
• Expo and run food to customers at tables at both inside and outside eating areas
• Check with customers periodically during their meals to ensure they are happy!
• Keep FOH and customer areas clean and well-stocked
• Communicate with management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server is required!
• OPEN availability - Weekdays and Weekends, rotating morning and evening shifts
• Happy and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods, re-stocking and carrying food trays
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines
• Ability to work and stay focused in a fast-paced environment!
