Bilingual Loan Collection Associate
First National Bank Texas
First National Bank Texas is seeking a Bilingual Loan Collection Associate to support customers in managing and resolving past-due consumer loan accounts. In this role, you will make outbound and receive inbound collection calls in English and Spanish, negotiate payment arrangements, and document all activity in our loan systems. You will review account histories, explain repayment options, and follow federal and state collection regulations while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach.
