Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized PSD Business System Administrator to support business system operations within the assigned organization. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent and effective use of business systems while providing day-to-day technical and user support.

Job Description

• Ensure consistent and ongoing use of business systems across the assigned organization.
• Provide timely user assistance and coordinate with the local user community to address system-related needs.
• Deliver user training and guidance as required.
• Coordinate the creation, maintenance, and administration of user accounts.
• Monitor system access requests and ensure appropriate authorization is obtained.
• Identify, investigate, and correct system errors, including obsolete or duplicate records/items.
• Track system feedback, help requests, software bugs, and improvement/idea submissions through resolution.
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic filing and archival systems for corporate documents.
• Prepare reports and analysis related to assigned accounts, activities, and business-system data.
• Help maintain business system accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately and in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and system users to resolve issues and improve business processes.
• Contribute to a high level of quality customer service for internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform other administrative and business-system support duties as assigned.

Skills Required

• Experience supporting or administering business systems, databases, or enterprise applications preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic system and data-related issues.
• Comfortable assisting and training users with varying levels of technical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and follow issues through to resolution.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and electronic documentation.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with standard office and business applications.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.

Additional Requirements

• Shift t ime: 7PM-7AM 11 days on / 3 days off, every other FRI/SAT/SUN

Pay Rate

• $22 - $25/hr (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
