About the Role
The Company is seeking a Dean to provide strategic leadership and oversight of its academic and administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and implementing the institution's academic vision, ensuring the quality and integrity of its educational programs, and fostering a culture of research and innovation. The Dean will also be tasked with managing faculty and staff, promoting diversity and inclusion, and engaging with external stakeholders to advance the institution's mission. Applicants for the Dean position at the company should have a Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant field, with a strong record of scholarly achievement and a proven track record in academic administration. Experience in strategic planning, budget management, and fundraising is highly desirable.
