We are currently looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join one of our international clients.

About the Role

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications. You will play a key role in defining technical solutions, ensuring code quality, and driving best practices across the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Build and enhance applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce when required.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and automation.
• Participate in technical design discussions and provide architectural recommendations.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Salesforce Administrators, and QA teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Support deployment activities and contribute to CI/CD processes using Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommend improvements to existing solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong experience with: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL and SOSL, Salesforce Flows, Triggers, Salesforce security model.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications through REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX).
• Proficiency with Git and version control.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Advanced English communication skills (C1).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft is a plus.
• Experience working on enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
