Product Designer, B2B SaaS

We're looking for a mid-level Product Designer to create thoughtful, polished experiences for professional users working in complex, web-based software. You'll design products that people use throughout their workday, taking complicated workflows and turning them into clear, efficient, and highly usable experiences. This role requires strength across both UX and UI design , with particular emphasis on polished visual execution. You'll own work throughout the design process, including understanding requirements, designing and prototyping solutions, gathering feedback directly from users, and partnering with Product and Engineering to bring experiences to life. What You'll Do Design end-to-end experiences for complex, web-based software used by professional users. Translate complex workflows, information, and requirements into intuitive product experiences. Create polished UI with strong attention to visual hierarchy, usability, interaction patterns, and detail. Conduct user research and usability testing directly with customers to validate designs and inform decisions. Create prototypes and iterate based on customer, stakeholder, and team feedback. Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to understand requirements and evaluate designs throughout development. Work within and contribute to established design systems and patterns. Participate in design critiques, share work regularly, and incorporate feedback into your designs. Use Figma and AI-assisted tools to support the design and prototyping process. Work independently while collaborating with a distributed, cross-functional team. What We're Looking For 3+ years of professional Product Design experience , ideally around the 3–5 year level. Strong portfolio demonstrating UX, UI, usability, and end-to-end product design . Strong visual/UI design skills and attention to detail. Experience designing complex web-based software, productivity tools, or applications used extensively throughout a user's workday. Ability to independently conduct user research and usability testing with customers or end users. Strong interaction design and UX fundamentals. Strong proficiency with Figma . Experience using Claude or similar AI-assisted design/prototyping tools . Experience working collaboratively with Product Management and Engineering.
