It is licensed to serve students in preschool through 8th grade and is dedicated to cultivating excellence in education. The school is in West Chester, Ohio, close to I75 exit 22. The Academy is seeking dynamic teachers to join our team! With over 20% enrollment growth in the last two years, we have a need for licensed teachers for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education ODE Resident Educator License or Permanent Teaching License for Elementary (P-3) Ability to work with diverse groups Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood curricula and practices Strong communication skills both written and verbal Position Description: The elementary teacher will demonstrate proficiency in the following areas: Deliver instruction in a manner that allows students to remain on task by utilizing a variety of instructional techniques. Demonstrate appropriate academic planning and organization. Design and employ a variety of objective and consistent assessment techniques to evaluate learning and development. Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of instruction. Establish and maintain effective classroom control. Reinforce appropriate social and academic interventions using constructive methods. Maintain professional interactions with other educational personnel, parents, and the community. Commensurate with education and experience.
