Travel Consultant Training and Support Specialist - Remote

Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

World Travel Service is looking for an experienced trainer for our expanding corporate travel agent team. The ideal candidate will have experience training agents in a group setting, as well as offering real-time support via phone calls and emails. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and solid communication skills will be necessary to be successful in this role. The position is 100% virtual, although some travel is required.

What you will be doing:

• Teaching experienced Travel Consultants GDS formats and best practices
• Understanding WTS processes, then communicating them to the agent team
• Build relationships with coworkers and clients
• Work on multiple things at the same time, multi-tasking is your middle name
• Help Travel Counselors get out of crisis – offering support in real-time
• Assisting other departments with GDS-related support
• Assisting in testing new processes
• Assisting with a broad range of projects

What tools you need in your toolbox:

• Sabre GDS experience is required
• Knowledge of MS Office 365 applications
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Problem solving with minimal inputs
• Strong interpersonal skill
• Ability to project a positive attitude
• Detailed organizational skills
• Strong work ethic
• High level of professionalism
• Able to work from home

The pay range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Travel Consultant Training and Support Specialist is between $55,000 and $65,000 per year. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location
