About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Finance to serve as a key partner to the CFO in the day-to-day management of the finance organization. This role is pivotal in the company's rapid growth, both organically and through acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end FP&A process, providing strategic oversight of the Controller and accounting function, and leading on treasury, capital structure, and financial systems. A strong emphasis is placed on cross-functional partnership, with the VP of Finance expected to work closely with Operations, HR, Marketing, and Clinical leadership to ensure that financial plans are in line with the operational reality of the business. Candidates for the VP of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive finance leadership experience, with a background that includes FP&A and accounting. Experience in a multi-unit, healthcare services, or consumer/retail roll-up environment is ideal. The role requires a proven track record of working cross-functionally, particularly with non-finance leaders, and a strong technical accounting background, with a CPA being preferred. The VP of Finance will also be responsible for building and maintaining financial models, leading the budgeting and forecasting process, and owning the financial systems roadmap. The ability to manage a team and build a finance organization in a high-growth, acquisitive company is essential.
