* CNC Machinist

Shift & Schedule Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM (Daylight Shift). OT available regularly but not mandated. Pay $25–$30/hour, based on experience. Job Overview Join a well-established manufacturing team as a CNC Machinist and play a key role in producing high-quality parts using modern CNC equipment. Key Responsibilities Load and unload parts, inspecting finished components to meet tight tolerances and surface finish standards. Operate CNC lathes (Mazak, Okuma, Doosan preferred) and make adjustments to machine settings including speeds, feeds, and tool offsets. Read and interpret blueprints, job packets, and production documentation to ensure accuracy. Perform setups for new and repeat jobs with minimal guidance. Conduct in-process measurements, maintaining parts within SPC limits. Perform basic machine maintenance and daily checks, supporting scheduled preventive maintenance. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Vo-Tech, Technical School, or Trade certifications preferred. At least 5 years of CNC machining experience required. Knowledge of G-codes, CNC machining, and lathe operations. Strong understanding of machining techniques, tooling, and metrology tools. Ability to read blueprints, edit G-code, and troubleshoot CNC machines. Experience working with materials like steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and plastics. Physical & Work Environment Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Work in a typical shop environment with exposure to heat, cold, and noise.
