Your Daily Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive evaluations, ordering necessary tests, and crafting personalized treatment plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions in collaboration with physicians or independently as your credentials allow
• Guiding patients and families on health promotion, illness prevention, and effective management of health issues
• Prescribing medication and therapies in accordance with your qualifications
• Engaging in follow-up care and chronic disease management
• Working in synergy with interdisciplinary teams to provide complete and coordinated patient care
• Maintaining detailed and precise records through electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications We Seek

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Certification Requirements

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or comparable recognized certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or capable of obtaining within three months)
