Job TitleKey ResponsibilitiesMaterial Handling: Operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve apparel goods from high-density storage racks.Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring all loads are properly secured and centered to prevent damage during transit.Inventory Accuracy: Utilize RF scanning equipment to track stock movement, verify shipment counts against packing slips, and assist in periodic cycle counts.Order Fulfillment: Pull and stage customer orders based on pick tickets, often performing pallet building and shrink-wrapping to prepare items for shipment.Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections (checking fluid levels, tires, and battery) and report any mechanical defects to the supervisor immediately.Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA standards, company safety protocols, and facility traffic rules to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
