Residential HVAC Service Technician

27 Loop Rd is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to handle diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of heating and cooling systems in occupied homes. You will run scheduled and emergency service calls, troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps, and ensure safe, efficient operation. The role includes performing seasonal tune-ups, documenting work in service software, and clearly explaining findings and options to homeowners. You’ll work independently in the field, follow safety and code requirements, and participate in on-call rotations and occasional overtime.
