RMA Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation is hiring CDL Shuttle Operators to support transportation services for Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) in Richmond, Virginia.

As a VCU Shuttle Operator, you'll play an important role in safely transporting students, faculty, staff, and visitors while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest safety standards.

What You'll Do

Safely operate shuttle buses on designated VCU routes.
Transport passengers in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules, route updates, and service issues.
Follow all DOT, FMCSA, VCU, and company safety policies and procedures.
Assist passengers as needed while providing excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate logs and required documentation.
Keep vehicles clean, safe, and ready for service.

Qualifications

Valid CDL Class B (or higher) with Passenger (P) endorsement.
Current DOT Medical Card.
Clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and DOT drug screening.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Previous commercial driving or shuttle experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
