A new opportunity is now available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking a contract position for a maternity leave coverage. Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification is required
• Previous experience working in K-5 or elementary school settings is preferred
• Ability to travel between three school sites during the week
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with school staff, students, and families
• Dedication to delivering in-person services (virtual work is not an option for this position)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct support to students and consultative guidance to staff and families
• Train teachers and paraprofessionals to implement evidence-based interventions
• Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support IEP development and implementation
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with school and regulatory requirements

As a valued professional, you'll work 40 hours each week and enjoy a pay range of $55–$60 per hour, based on experience. This position requires you to be on-site and fully engaged with the school community, providing hands-on support where it’s most needed.
