Doctor of Medicine | Neurology - General/Other Location: Ashtabula, OH Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Responsibilities Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive neurological care to an 100% adult patient population. Scope of Practice: Manage a variety of neurological conditions; the caseload is approximately 0-5% trauma-based. Sleep medicine and rehab components are currently not included but are negotiable. Procedures: Perform essential neurological procedures including EMG, EEG, lumbar punctures, muscle biopsies, brain death exams, and Botox injections. Collaboration: Work alongside a team of 50 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers, supported by an EMG technician, LPN, and shared administrative staff. Documentation: Utilize EPIC EMR for all clinical documentation and patient tracking. Qualifications & Credentialing Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology is required. Licensure: Must hold an active Ohio medical license or be willing to obtain one. Certifications: Active BLS and ACLS certifications are required by the start date. Documentation: Candidates must provide a most recent NPDB Self Query Report (active within 30 days) and have a valid DEA prior to starting. Experience: Documented experience performing lumbar punctures, muscle biopsies, EEG, brain death exams, EMG, and Botox injections is required. Logistics: Providers must currently live within a 40-mile radius of the facility or be willing to relocate. Visa Support: Both J1 and H1B visa candidates are invited to apply.
