- # HousekeeperApplylocations: Paducah, KYtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R26102948**Summary****Job Description:****Housekeeper****Full Time, Second Shift 3pm-11:30pm**The Housekeeper is responsible for executing the daily duties required to establish and maintain a safe, hygienic, and aesthetically pleasing care environment.**Job Duties:*** Performs duties while demonstrating working knowledge of the health care cleaning and disinfecting principles and requirements, proper and safe chemical use, equipment handling, and labor-saving products for all items within the healthcare environment for which tasked with servicing.* Follows all infection prevention practices (i.e. proper cleaning and disinfection protocols and process, hand hygiene, standard & isolation precautions, as well as proper donning and doffing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).* Adheres to all organization safety, risk management and infection control guidelines and standards while promoting a culture of safety.* Removes waste and transports to the appropriate disposal area while identifying proper waste streams handling (i.e. regulated medical, recycle, solid, and hazardous.**Preferred Requirements:*** 1-2 years of Customer Service, 1-2 years of Hospitality, and/or 1-2 years of Environmental Services experience**Benefits:*** Tuition Assistance reimbursement program* Paid Time Off available for use upon hire* Company paid Maternity and Paternity Leave* Bereavement Leave (includes pets)* Employee Assistance Program* Retirement plans with company match**Work Experience**Relevant Work Experience**Education**High School or Equivalent | Required### *If you would like to be part of a growing family focused on supporting clinical excellence, teamwork and innovation, we urge you to apply now!*
