Echo Technician in East Falmouth, MA

Schedule / Hours:

• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts
• Rotations possible among several departments

Qualifications:

• Proven experience performing echocardiograms and related cardiac diagnostic procedures
• Current certification in echocardiography (ARDMS or CCI preferred)
• Strong proficiency with imaging equipment and related technology
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with medical staff
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptability to rotating schedules and multiple department assignments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct both routine and complex echocardiograms according to physician orders
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout imaging procedures
• Accurately review, process, and communicate imaging results to the clinical team
• Maintain all equipment to safety and performance standards, reporting any malfunctions promptly
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to optimize diagnostic outcomes
• Strictly adhere to hospital protocols and privacy regulations
