Summary / Objective:

The Production Worker will be responsible for assembling our products, operating production machinery, assisting with shipping, inventory, and other duties as needed and requested. In addition, this role requires adherence to all health and safety requirements.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain high product quality and manufacturing yield while ensuring optimal use of resources and adherences to best safety practices.
• Perform a variety of task that require manual material handling and use of hand tools, machinery, and equipment while processing, packaging, and shipping products.
• Set-up and calibrate equipment as required.
• Perform quality inspection and routine cleaning, as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Follow good documentation practices (GMPs).
• Read and follow work orders
• Perform other duties as required

Required Education and Experience:

• High school diploma.
• Must be able to read and understand basic English
• Production experience in nutraceutical and supplement manufacturing a plus
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds, work in a cold or hot environment, and able to stand on concrete for a minimum of 8 hours daily
• Able to make changes by hand, or by running machinery
• Ability to meet production assembly performance metrics
