Weekend Requirements : TBD
On Call Requirements : Yes
- Ft. Madison campus & West Burlington campus
- Duration of assignment: as soon as credentialed - ongoing, through 2024
- 30-60 day credentialing timeframe
- Schedule: will need to be flexible with hours. Approx - M-F, 6:30a-3p w/30 min unpaid lunch
- Call: Yes.
- Nights and weekends. Call rotation would be between 3 providers. There is not a lot of after hours call, mostly OB.
- Patients per day: Varies
- EMR: Cerner
- Must be able to work independently and be comfortable/confident - all providers act independently

- Central Line Placement and Management

- Arterial Line Placement and Management
- TEE Placement and Management
- Ultrasound - Regional Blocks - Line Placement
- Pain Management
- Ventilation Management
- NBCRNA - Required
- Active IA license - Highly Preferred
- Local candidates - Highly Preferred
- Clean malpractice/background - Highly Preferred
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, CSR, DEA - Required
- Comfortable with all Scopes of Practice - Required
- Comfortable working independently - Required
- Provider must be vaccinated for Covid-19 - Required
