We are growing our Sales team and hiring our next Senior Account Executive to lead high-value deals, work closely with our founding, marketing and product teams, and bring DualEntry's AI-powered ERP platform to the world's fastest-growing companies. Our founding team previously scaled a startup to $100M ARR, raised $380M+, and exited successfully. Now, we’re building what we always wished existed: a modern, AI-native accounting platform that brings clarity, automation, and scale to mid-market finance teams. We operate with urgency, ownership, and deep focus. We move fast. Where you\'ll create impact As part of our Sales team, you’ll lead full sales cycles — from disco to signed contract. You’ll own relationships with CFOs and controllers, deeply understand their workflows, and show how DualEntry brings clarity, automation, and scale for a 10X improvement to their accounting operations. You’ll help refine our messaging, develop talk tracks, test hypotheses, and shape how we sell — not just what. How you\'ll work at DualEntry You’ll work closely with our founding team, GTM, product, marketing and of course the Sales team. You’ll be supported by marketing, outbound efforts, and technical subject-matter experts. You’ll be the bridge between customers and the rest of the company — informing roadmap, influencing positioning, and helping us scale aggressively and intelligently. What sets you up for success 3–6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales Strong preference for accounting or audit background (CPA or Big 4 experience is a major plus) You\'re confident selling to CFOs/finance leaders and navigating multi-stakeholder sales You\'re structured and analytical, but also a strong relationship-builder You\'re excited by the chaos of early-stage work — and you bring order to it You\'re proactive, curious, and deeply motivated by ownership and impact Why you\'ll thrive here You\'ll be early — and that means influence, responsibility, and fast learning We\'re product-first and customer-obsessed — your feedback actually shapes the roadmap Competitive base salary + significant equity ownership 15 PTO days + 12 public holidays High-trust environment with high expectations — and full transparency Commission: $100K - $150K (OTE $200K – $300K; uncapped) Equity: $80K+ Time Off: 15 PTO days + 12 public holidays If you\'re excited to close meaningful deals, shape how we sell, and work directly with founders at an early-stage, high-growth AI startup with momentum — we\'d love to hear from you.
