Adheres to current Kaleida policies and standards of practice. Education And Credentials Graduate of an accredited LPN program required. Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire required. Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire. Licensed Practical Nurse LP required upon hire. Licensed Practical Nurse LPP required upon hire.
