Job Description Looking for a new career? Are you a people person who enjoys helping others? We are seeking an agency recruiter who is comfortable with technology, social media, and a fast-paced environment.The position is located in Green Cove Springs. Requirements:
Area Manager
- a strong work history, recruiting experience highly preferred
- excellent computer skills
- experience in high call volume environments
- strong business presentation skills
- a never-quit-until-the-job-is-done attitude
- a team oriented work approach with an ability to work well independently
- the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- strong organizational and planning skills
- a high level of integrity and pride in their work
- bilingual Spanish-English is an asset
- must be able to work 8am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
- Recruit, screen and place candidates on client sites
- Assist clients by finding the right match through effective recruiting, interviewing, and coaching
- Skill market top candidates to companies with a need for the individual's skills and abilities
- Deliver a quality experience for clients and candidates through superior service and communication
