Ultrasound Technologist - Nights

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shift, working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

The Ultrasound Technologist will perform ultrasound procedures on patients and ensure high-quality imaging results. The role includes collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals while delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform ultrasound examinations as ordered by the physician.
• Ensure equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate records and patient data in the charting system (EPIC).
• Provide compassionate support to patients before, during, and after exams.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
• May float to other campus locations as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Registered with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS); preferred certifications include ARDMS in Abdomen and OB/GYN.
• Must have experience with patients across all age groups, including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.
