Production Associate Pay: $18.75 - $19.75 per hour ⏰ Schedule: Rotating 12-Hour Shifts (Days & Nights)

What You'll Do

✅ Load and prepare tungsten powder for automated processing equipment

✅ Measure and portion materials accurately to meet production specifications

✅ Operate, monitor, and oversee automated manufacturing machines

✅ Load and unload materials safely (up to 25 lbs.)

✅ Support production operations, including material handling, packaging, and assembly tasks

✅ Use hand tools safely and effectively during routine production activities

✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

✅ Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

✅ Stand and work throughout scheduled shifts while supporting continuous production operations

What We're Looking For

✔ Manufacturing or industrial production experience

✔ Experience operating or working around production equipment

✔ Ability to accurately measure and handle materials

✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

✔ Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the shift

✔ Comfortable using hand tools and following work instructions

✔ Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule, including days and nights

✔ Dependable team player with a strong safety mindset

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience in general production, packaging, or material handling

⭐ Familiarity with automated machinery or production lines

⭐ Experience working in continuous-operation manufacturing environments

⭐ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced setting

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Depew, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $19.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
