Private Markets Business Analyst

We are representing a global investment firm seeking a Senior Lead Business Analyst for a full-time, permanent position based in New York City . Please note: No third-party candidates or agencies. This position is not eligible for employment-based visa sponsorship . Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. This role requires Private Markets experience and will support investment teams by delivering data, analytics, and process solutions while translating business workflows into technical requirements. Key Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst. Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data platforms. Solid understanding of private markets fund structures, the investment lifecycle, and portfolio reporting. Experience supporting or enhancing LP reporting, portfolio analytics, or fund reporting processes. Proven ability to partner with investment professionals, deal teams, and fund operations teams.
