You will:Translate insights into actionable improvements across business functions.Lead process mining engagements using Celonis, UiPath and/or SAP Signavio.Scope and lead process analyses in line with organizations’ business objectives.Analyze inefficiencies and recommend process improvement opportunities.Collaborate with stakeholders to define process improvements.Qualifications & ExperienceWe would love to see a candidate with:3–5 years in process improvement roles within consulting and/or industry.Strong hands-on experience with Celonis, UiPath and/or SAP Signavio.Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $112,600 - $212,700Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
