Deliver individualized speech therapy focused on communication, language efficiency, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing capabilities.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary teamphysical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, and family membersto develop synchronized care strategies.

Provide education for both patients and families to bolster progress between therapy sessions.

Engage in sporadic inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless continuity in care throughout the patient's treatment journey.

Maintain precise and timely documentation as per state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in the field through ongoing education and collaborative efforts with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Licensed Speech Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification necessary within the first month of work.

Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapy approaches suitable for all ages, featuring a solid grasp of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
