Vice President OF Operations

Overseeing the Back-up Care Provider Operations team, the full-time remote Vice President of Provider Operations will manage provider relationships, optimize operational capacity, and drive performance targets while ensuring compliance and quality across the network. Key responsibilities Create provider supply in collaboration with the network team based on demand forecasts Manage provider payments and hold providers accountable for performance Develop tools and processes to ensure high-quality care and drive standardization across operations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Human Services, or a related field, or equivalent experience 15 years of progressive professional experience in strategic planning and operational leadership 10 years of direct management experience, including team leadership and performance management 5 years of experience managing stakeholder relationships and collaborating with senior leaders Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational functions and translate strategic priorities into measurable results
