Position Overview CUMULUS MEDIA | BOISE, ID seeks a hardworking Part‑Time Promotions Assistant to assist with general office duties and community engagement. The role involves representing the Cumulus stations at events, setting up and breaking down pop‑up tents, hanging banners, interacting with listeners, executing on‑site activations, managing prize fulfillment, event preparation, contest building, social media posting, brainstorming new ideas, running errands, and helping with vehicle maintenance. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, organizing, and executing promotional events and digital campaigns Execute proper technical and physical set‑up and breakdown of remote broadcasts and station events; troubleshoot and resolve issues on the fly Represent stations at events in an upbeat, outgoing, and friendly manner Data entry of promotional event and contest information Create e‑blasts, social media posts, and website posts; review promotional information and graphics Inventory and maintain prize closet, calendars, and event schedules Assist the Promotions and Marketing Department with projects as needed in the office Assist with vehicle inspections, fuel, and coordinating maintenance Drive station vehicles with attached trailers Maintain and store station equipment Qualifications No experience necessary; customer service experience helpful Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Reliable with a flexible schedule; available to work at least 20 hours per week, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays May require lifting or moving up to 50 pounds Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Outgoing, energetic, detail‑oriented, and responsible Proficient using computers and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong multi‑tasking abilities Event experience a plus Works well with a variety of personalities Passion and desire to perform at a high level in a competitive environment Positive attitude, even in stressful situations, is a must Desire and confidence to share innovative ideas with the team Ability to ask for clarification when needed Strong social media skills Pay Range USD $13.00 – $15.00 per hour What We Offer Competitive pay Focused, responsible, and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage 401(k) with company match Paid vacation, sick, and holiday time off Parental leave time off benefits, life insurance, disability insurance, wellness, and an employee referral bonus program EEO Statement CUMULUS MEDIA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE). #J-18808-Ljbffr RadioJobs
