Sales Associate

Brooke & Lou is currently seeking Part-Time Sales Associates for our new retail shoppe in Charleston, SC. Essential Duties and Responsibilities In Store: Greet customers, respond to questions, improve engagement with merchandise and provide outstanding customer service Finalize customer sales by following checkout procedures and ensuring purchases are beautifully packaged Demonstrate superior brand and product knowledge, acting as an ambassador for both Brooke & Lou and Bria Hammel Interiors. Maintain an organized appearance throughout the sales floor, restocking inventory as needed Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts Perform closing procedures, including daily cleaning and store organization General: Be punctual in attendance and dependable in performance Maintain a neat, businesslike appearance Represent the company in a professional manner Demonstrate our core values: Company and Customer First, Open and Honest, Team Player, Love What You Do, and Yes Person Qualifications Retail sales experience Strong relationship skills and the ability to build connections with customers Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic, with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service Available to work a variety of hours, which may include mornings, evenings, weekend availability is required, and holidays.
