Manager, Subcontracts
Saab Sensis Corporation
SAAB is seeking a Manager, Subcontracts to lead subcontract strategy and execution for complex defense manufacturing programs. In this role, you will develop sourcing strategies, run competitive RFPs/RFQs, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and manage key suppliers supporting advanced air, land, and naval systems. You will ensure compliance with internal policies and defense-related regulations, drive cost, quality, and delivery performance, and mitigate supply and schedule risks. Partnering closely with engineering, program management, and quality teams, you’ll enable innovative, mission-critical solutions in a collaborative, high-tech environment.
