Strategic Proposals & Marketing Lead

Colliers Engineering and Design is seeking a Marketing & Proposal Specialist to join our New Jersey offices in Mt. Arlington, Hamilton, Clinton, Woodcliff Lake, Holmdel, or Egg Harbor. You will lead high-stakes proposals, coordinate with technical teams, and shape marketing content to win new projects. The role requires 4+ years in marketing within A/E/C or professional services, with strong writing, CRM experience (Unanet or similar), and proficiency in InDesign and Office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
