During training, you'll work alongside experienced Heritage team members, learn our sales and project management process, and gain the hands-on experience needed to succeed in your market. What You’ll Do Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods Perform roof inspections for storm damage Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process Manage roofing restoration projects from start to finish Build relationships within the community and generate referrals Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the restoration process We're Looking for People Who Are Motivated, competitive, and self-driven Coachable and eager to learn Strong communicators and relationship builders Comfortable working outdoors and with heights Goal-oriented and motivated by performance Excited about the opportunity to help build and grow a new market Successful candidates often come from sales, athletics, military, hospitality, customer service, retail management, or construction —but no previous roofing or sales experience is required.
