Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | Every Other Weekend | Every Other Holiday | Float Pool

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit during day shift hours
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure positive patient outcomes
• Float to various units or floors as needed based on staffing and patient census demands

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in a Medical Surgical setting
• Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday
• Flexibility to float to multiple units as part of a float pool assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a float pool or multi-unit environment
• ACLS certification
• Strong adaptability and communication skills across diverse patient populations
